Mr. R. D. Mathur brings over 35 years of experience in rural marketing and commercial operations, having worked with some of the top fertilizer companies in India.
He holds a Doctorate in Rural Marketing Management and Materials Management from premier institutes and is a proud Member of AIMA (All India Management Association).
With deep knowledge of agricultural markets, supply chain systems, and fertilizer distribution networks, he has built strong relationships across rural and wholesale sectors. His leadership ensures that Willington Agro remains committed to sustainable agriculture and reliable bulk supply.
Ms. Aaishwarya Mathur

Ms. Aaishwarya Mathur leads the international perspective of the company. She holds an M.Tech degree and an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore.
